The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight

In my book "The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight" the main character, Hadley, is four minutes late to her flight to London. She is going to London to attend her father's marriage which she doesn't want to because she is still getting over her parents divorce. As well as her mother. When Hadley was waiting in the airport, she encounters a young British man named Oliver. Oliver helps Hadley with her luggage in the airport and they start talking. They have the same flight to London and on the way there they talk about their families, childhood memories, their likes and dislikes. But Oliver never mentions why he's going to London.
